Returns & Exchanges

[Exchange and Return Request Process]

2) After reviewing your application, our representative will arrange for a return courier service.
3) Within 1-2 days, a CJ Logistics courier will visit your delivery address for pickup. Once the product arrives at the return center, the return will be approved within 3-4 days.
4) In the case of an exchange, once the product pickup is confirmed, the requested exchange product will be shipped out. (If leaving the product outside your door, please indicate "Return" or "Exchange" on the box.)
5)Refund: Depending on your credit card company's policy, it may take 1-2 weeks from the date of return confirmation for the credit card cancellation to be processed.

Due to the handmade nature and variations in materials, natural shrinkage, deformation, and damage caused by incorrect washing and handling cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the product is defective, it can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that it shows no signs of use and the product tag is attached.
