[Exchange and Refund Information] Due to the handmade nature and variations in materials, natural shrinkage, deformation, and damage caused by incorrect washing and handling cannot be exchanged or refunded. If the product is defective, it can be exchanged or refunded within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that it shows no signs of use and the product tag is attached.
