Products damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for exchange or refund.
There may be a 1-2cm deviation in measurements and reproduction.

Returns & Exchanges

[Exchange and Return Request Process]

2)After reviewing your application, our representative will arrange for a return courier service.
3)Within 1-2 days, a CJ Logistics courier will visit your delivery address for pickup. Once the product arrives at the return center, the return will be approved within 3-4 days.
4)In the case of an exchange, once the product pickup is confirmed, the requested exchange product will be shipped out. (If leaving the product outside your door, please indicate "Return" or "Exchange" on the box.)
5)Refund: Depending on your credit card company's policy, it may take 1-2 weeks from the date of return confirmation for the credit card cancellation to be processed.
